Amateur Woodworker Free Internet Magazine, that issues 2 new projects every month. The projects are relatively simple, since the site's philosophy is to publish project that can be implemented with limited tools. Nice idea. English
W5:WoodWorking on the World Wide Web A "site of sites". An American hobbyist, Robert J. Brown, comments and links to a number of sites, either commercial or amateur. A good starting point to begin navigate in the English woodworking world. English
The Woodworking Catalog An advertisement site, but with lots of links. English
Woodweb The reference site for the US woodworking industry. A complete source with something useful also for the international hobbyist. Recommended for the archive of technical articles and the list of shareware. English
Bosch Elektrowerkzeuge The site of the Bosch Powertools. Some suggestion for the amateur and a complete review of their products. German, English
Black & Decker The site for their powertools. Useful for the complete catalog of the powertools, even if only in the versions for the North American market. Some projects available. English
Wolfcraft The site of the well known maker of woodworking accessories. Provides a complete list of their products, and the related catalog can be requested to be mailed to you. Available in several languages. German, English, French
Clinique du Meuble The site of 3 cabinet makers in Geneva. Beside advertising their restoration services and their works (mainly reproductions of antique furniture), the site provides also a small series of interesting articles. French
Le Site en Bois For all persons interested in wood. Made of a series of pages on the wood and its uses. A very good guide to the woodworking France. French
Mr. Bricolage The site of a chain of Woodworking Stores. Includes an interesting series of trick (not limited to woodworking), and other interesting information. French
Franco Guernelli A small company that caters to the amateurs' market as well, has started a series of articles for the hobbyist that are among the best ones for completeness and quality. Italian
Lavorazione e finitura del legno Site of an amateur from Florence. It covers almost all the subjects useful for an hobbyist: tools, design techniques, construction and restoration, finishing. Excellent. Italian
